ASX Announcements

In order to underpin the commercialisation process, the PacPyro shareholders agreed in last quarter of 2010 to reverse the company into an existing listed shell (WAG Limited, ASX code: WAG) under an exclusive option agreement. Share sale documentation has now been completed and a further capital raising of ~$4m is planned to be completed in December 2011 as part of the listing of the new PacPyro Limited entity.
