In order to underpin the commercialisation process, the PacPyro
shareholders agreed in last quarter of 2010 to reverse the company into
an existing listed shell (WAG Limited, ASX code: WAG) under an
exclusive option agreement. Share sale documentation has now been
completed and a further capital raising of ~$4m is planned to be
completed in December 2011 as part of the listing of the new PacPyro
Limited entity.
